John Hailstone:

Chairman, Compello Services Group

John has spent 32 years in the Recruitment Industry in a number of consulting and directorship roles and is the majority owner of Compello Services Group.

John is responsible for the appointment of the board and working with it on strategic and business planning matters. When not acting as an adviser and sounding board he spends his time supporting other group firms.

John has an eye for detail and is very passionate about great service and collaborative working both in and outside of the group.

Business Director

As business Director for TGI Recruitment Nick is responsible for the strategic direction of the business on a global level including business development strategy, consultant performance and key client relationships. Nick is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working with the team to create consistent levels of service for our clients and candidates along with ensuring we maintain high standards and best practises at all times.

Nick possesses over 12 years recruitment experience in various domestic and international markets. His work covers a variety of high level technical engineering projects across the Energy and Chemical sectors placing a wide range of personnel across projects in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Americas.

Nick manages operations from the Manchester, UK office servicing many international clients within the Chemicals and Energy sectors. He takes a very hands-on role in recruiting, training and the development of staff to take them from a trainee to an autonomous senior member of the TGI team. Nick’s experience training and mentoring staff ensures consistent personal and professional growth helps to create successful recruitment career’s for his colleagues.
