Reports to: Commercial Support Services Manager
Duration: +8 months (contract)
Rate: Negotiable on experience
Role Summary
Provide procurement and administrative support to the Project Delivery Team, ensuring efficient P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders, change orders, and vendor data in SAP.
- Track deliveries and update records in SAP.
- Manage invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Support operational procurement for goods and services.
- Provide administrative assistance to the procurement team.
- Facilitate and improve P2P processes and workflows.
- Assist with contracts and procurement activities when required.
- Act as backup for procurement support colleagues during absences.
Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the (petro)chemical sector.
- Strong SAP (P2P) knowledge.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator in Dutch and English.
- Team player with flexibility to work in a small international team.
- Site-based role.
