Job Title: Procurement Support Administrator

Location: Antwerp, Belgium

Reports to: Commercial Support Services Manager

Duration: +8 months (contract)

Rate: Negotiable on experience

Role Summary

Provide procurement and administrative support to the Project Delivery Team, ensuring efficient P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders, change orders, and vendor data in SAP.
  • Track deliveries and update records in SAP.
  • Manage invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support operational procurement for goods and services.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the procurement team.
  • Facilitate and improve P2P processes and workflows.
  • Assist with contracts and procurement activities when required.
  • Act as backup for procurement support colleagues during absences.

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the (petro)chemical sector.
  • Strong SAP (P2P) knowledge.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator in Dutch and English.
  • Team player with flexibility to work in a small international team.
  • Site-based role.
