Facility Maintenance Manager

We're looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-trade maintenance team in a complex industrial environment. You'll take ownership of all maintenance operations, ensuring reliability, compliance, and safety across the site.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team across mechanical, electrical, and operational disciplines.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for all critical equipment, including boilers, compressors, pumps, and piping systems.
• Manage maintenance schedules, resource planning, and project timelines to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Supervise procurement, inventory, and contractor relationships to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental standards and promote a strong safety-first culture.
• Drive mechanical integrity and maintenance excellence initiatives.
• Oversee capital improvement projects related to maintenance and infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and work orders using digital systems.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of maintenance or industrial experience (refining, petrochemical, or similar preferred).
• Strong knowledge across multiple trades - welding, pipe fitting, electrical, or instrumentation.
• Familiarity with API and ASME standards.
• Comfortable leading teams in high-safety, compliance-driven environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and maintenance management systems.
• Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial), but not required.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or be on-call when needed.
