Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Location: Oklaunion, Texas - near Wichita Falls
Employment Type: Permanent
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + per diem

We are supporting a leading electrical construction business with a newly awarded data center project in Oklaunion, Texas. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and take a senior role in delivering the project.

This position requires someone with a strong background in electrical construction and previous experience delivering mission-critical projects. This is a senior hire, so candidates must have a proven track record managing major construction projects rather than someone stepping into Project Management for the first time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery from preconstruction through execution
• Manage electrical construction activities
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders
• Manage schedule, cost, progress and project risks
• Work closely with site and client leadership
• Ensure project milestones are achieved safely and successfully

Requirements:

• Significant Project Management experience
• Strong electrical construction background
• Mission-critical project experience
• Data center experience strongly preferred
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
