About the Project

Join one of Europe's largest and most ambitious industrial construction projects - a world-scale chemical production facility currently under development in the Antwerp region. This landmark project will set new standards for safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced SHE Supervisor to join the site execution team. In this role, you will support the safe and compliant delivery of all construction activities, ensuring that health, safety, and environmental standards are met across all phases of the project.

You'll work closely with construction management, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders to maintain the highest SHE standards on-site and support continuous improvement in safety performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the site's Safety, Health, and Environmental plan within your assigned project delivery area.

• Manage and monitor daily on-site SHE activities, including inspections and interventions.

• Review and approve contractor safety documentation (RAMS, method statements, etc.).

• Support site layout planning, logistics, and lifting strategies from a safety perspective.

• Liaise closely with contractors and regulatory coordinators to ensure compliance with local and international SHE standards.

• Participate in safety audits, incident investigations, and environmental monitoring activities.

• Provide daily SHE reports and updates to the Construction SHE Manager.

About You

• Degree qualified in engineering or a related field, with a recognized HSE qualification.

• Minimum 15 years of SHE supervision experience on major construction sites.

• Proven track record of driving outstanding SHE performance.

• Experience in Belgium or similar European regulatory environments is highly advantageous.

• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.

• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a complex, multinational project environment.
